A recent example of work undertaken:
  • Project managed the marketing and delivery of an association's annual conference which included managing the venue, the speakers, delegate marketing, sponsorship sales (to generate additional income for the event), as well as stage managing the event on the two days to ensure that everything ran smoothly.  A key deliverable for this event was to ensure that the delegates gave positive feedback to demonstrate that the event was a valuable annual activity in their business calendar.
