A recent example of work undertaken:
  • Specify, source, select and implement a CRM system which was integrated with the corporate website and admin back office applications for a technology membership organisation.  The organisation had an existing CRM system which no longer met their requirements in particular around linking their CRM to their website.  One of the key deliverables for the project was the successful migration of all the historic data across from the old system to the new.
